Hi and welcome!
 
You’ve come to the right place if you’re looking to discover unique jewellery designs inspired by the activities taking place in the night sky. All those stars and planets whirling around, dancing across our tiny field of vision, just calling out to be captured in sterling silver and iridescent blue titanium.
 
All work is handmade by myself, Jesika, in my Byron Bay studio which is cat loving and smoke free.
 
Various shop policies are covered below. If your question isn’t covered, please contact me and I will get back to you asap.
 
PAYMENT
Payment can be made through PayPal. You can use your PayPal account or click the credit card icons to use your credit card.
Customers in Australia can also pay via direct debit. Contact me and I will send you my bank details.
I would appreciate payments to be made within 3 days of placing your order. If your payment is delayed for any reason, let me know. If I don’t hear from you in that time I’ll assume you’ve changed your mind and I’ll go ahead and cancel the order.
 
SHIPPING
I am able to ship your order within 1-3 business days of receiving the order (depending on the size of the order).

For delivery within Australia I ship with Australia Post, using their Parcel Post service. Delivery is estimated to be within 3 days and tracking is provided.

For delivery outside of Australia I ship standard Air Mail with Australia Post. Delivery is estimated to be between 5-10 business days, depending on service in the receiving country.
NB: THERE IS NO TRACKING FOR THIS SERVICE. Please contact me if you require tracking. If an order leaves without tracking there is nothing I can do after it is posted and I hold no responsibility for missing items. I highly recommend upgrading to the tracking, especially in the holiday season where items can take much longer than the estimated delivery time to arrive.

If an express service is required, please contact me with your details and based on your location, I will work out the cost for you.
 
Please note that customers living outside of Australia are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
 
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Whether buying for yourself or as a gift I realise buying jewellery online can sometimes be a tricky thing. You may love the piece but are not happy with how it sits on you. So please, if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, let me know within 14 days of receiving it. Once I have received the returned item, in it's original condition, I am able to provide you with either an exchange or full refund, minus shipping costs.
