Photo Time

Been putting it off but I have to admit its time to get going – let the dreaded photo shoot sessions begin!!
When shooting flat, my go-to background props are books with images diluted by tracing paper. My number one repeat offender is Joseph Cornell Shadowplay…Eterniday – beautiful images and a huge inspiration on my work.
Recently however, I’ve discovered the slate shelving peppered throughout our living area. Reminds me of both the sea and the night sky – my favourite visual blend!
So last weekend, setting up near our front door to take advantage of the perfectly diffused light, the photography began!!
As the wind was quite strong we ditched our usual beach shots and tried out a new location with some fun non-photography benefits!!
Not sure if these ones will make the cut but it was an entertaining way to get through the photo shoot frustrations… until next weekend!!
